ABOUT STEVE

AS A STRATEGIC BUSINESS ADVISOR, I CHALLENGE EXECUTIVES TO THINK DIFFERENTLY AND MORE DYNAMICALLY.

As a strategic business advisor, I challenge executives to think differently and more dynamically. Thinking differently is essential in shifting informational environments. I introduce my clients to new ideas, and I ignite their curiosity to explore them. Business and personal development both start with knowing your habits and being willing to step outside of your comfort zone.

My background in funding is rich and multidimensional. I have taken startups from having zero profits to being thriving enterprise giants. I have also guided well-established organizations through difficult pivots, merges, internal organizational changes, and launches; the results of which led to dramatic increases in sales, profits, and organizational stability.

My client list includes high performing Senior Executives in the technology, financial service, and manufacturing sectors. Some of my clients include Fort Robotics, Hover, Crowdbotics, Pathlight, PolyMath PullRequest and Viva Translate.

When I'm not driving corporate innovation and scaling businesses, you’ll find me hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing, scuba diving, or traveling with my wife around the world. If I could be anywhere at the snap of my finger, I would be in Yosemite, Paris, St. Emilion, Turks and Caicos or Fenway Park. I’m a huge fan of car racing. My favorite races to watch are the Monza GP F1 and the Indy 500 (everyone should go once). My favorite place to compete in is the Calistoga to Santa Cruz relay run. I also admire the intensity and energy of the Tour de France, and drinking wine along the routes.

5 Things You Should Know About Me.

  1. I only work with clients who are willing to be coached.

  2. I will strive hard to pull out the best in you.

  3. I hold my clients accountable.

  4. I commit and do what I say I’m going to do and I deliver on time.

  5. I won’t tell you what you want to hear. I offer subject matter expertise and perspective.
